Analysis of soil samples, leaf analysis and diagnostics are carried out in the Soil Fertility and Plant nutrition Laboratory.
Through computer analysis fertilization plans of fruit and vegetable crops are designed.
In order to optimize the fertilization of crops during growth we have a rapid service to diagnose the nutritional state of the plants (by green index and nitrate quantity of plant stem) and soil indicators (nitrate levels, pH and conductivity)..
In order to confirm and evaluate the chemical results a tasting panel is available to test the organoleptic qualities of olive oil (authorized by the Basilica Region Reg. 256/91) as well as fruit and vegetable products (citrus fruit, strawberries, and grapes).
